The parish receives no funding from the government or central church funds, but depends on the giving of our members and donations from others who value our work.
We ask all committed members of our three churches to give regularly and generously. Their giving supports the work of the parish, helps churches in poorer parts of the Diocese and charities at home and overseas.Regular, planned giving and one off donations help us to maintain our three beautiful church buildings, to resource our worship, including our strong musical traditions and to work with children and families, older people and those who find themselves on the margins of our community. To download our most recent ‘Giving Pack’ including a standing order form please click here.
The Church of England encourages its committed members to give 5% of their net income to their local church.
