June is responsible for sending in advance  notices, reports and photos to local papers, such as the Barnes, Mortlake & Sheen times, and to the diocesan  Bridge newspaper. Everyone is asked to help by alerting her to forthcoming events, and providing full details, so that reports can be sent in promptly.
